Toilets are located on the Lower Mall by the Memorial Gardens entrance and on the Upper Mall beside the Food Court. You’ll find separate Male, Female, and Disabled toilets where Baby Changing facilities can also be found. Additional facilities can be found past Burger King in the Food Court.

We are proud to have a Changing Places facility, located to the left of the Bus Station and Metrobus Travel Shop on Friary Way.

Facilities include: Bench, Hoist, Raised toilet, Washbasin Height Adjustable, Non Slip Floor, Emergency Alarm, Privacy Screen, Paper Roll Changing Places.

We have an ATM located on the upper mall between Primark and The Works. A ATM can also be found on the lower mall by Eurochange (located near the bus stop entrance).

County Mall only permits assistance dogs within the Mall, i.e. Guide dogs, dogs to assist those who are deaf, epileptic etc. We kindly ask that these dogs have a jacket on, stating that they are assistance dogs; otherwise you may be asked what task the dog is trained to do. The only space that is an exception to this rule is those entering Esquires Coffee from their exterior door, where well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Reduce the use of one-use plastic and bring a refillable water bottle. We have a water fountain ready for you to top up. Complete with a counter to see how many bottles we have eliminated from heading to land fill.

Located in our South car park, we have 8 electric vehicle charging points, ready for you to stop, shop and charge.

Any lost property can be handed in to the Management Suite (located on the upper mall between Next and G-Store) where it will be kept safely. You can also check if your lost property has been handed in by visiting the Management Suite or calling the Security team on 01293 846965.

County Mall doesn’t have wheelchair hire facilities, but the following local Mobility centre below does offer wheelchair hire: Clearwell Mobility, 12 Queensway, Crawley, RH10 1EJ . Tel: 01293 577977 or see their contact details here.

We have one Bureau de Change facility: euro change located on the Lower Mall at the Bus Station entrance.

There are Photo-Me booths providing passport-approved photos located in the Food Court next to Fat Jackets and further down past Burger King.
