We have a variety of facilities on-premises to make access easy.
Disabled Parking Bays
Disabled parking bays are in both our North and South car parks. Both have access to lifts that will bring you straight down to our stores.
*Please note that car parking charges still apply to blue badge holders.
Wide mall and entry doorways
Our shopping mall has extra-large walkways on both floors, allowing for plenty of space and ease of movement. Combined with our large entry doorways, all of which are automatic, allowing you to come and go as you please.
Lift access at all levels
Our lifts will give you easy access to both our shopping floors, as well as all levels of our car parks.
Service Dogs
While dogs are a big part of people's families, dogs that are not service or assistance dogs are not allowed in our centre. This is for the safety of your pets due to the number of escalators that the centre has, as the centre is a multi-story shopping centre. All guide and assistance dogs, both in training and working, are welcome in our centre. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in Esquire's Coffee via the exterior door entrance.
