County Mall is OPEN for all of your shopping (essential and non-essential) needs, health services, takeaways, and Click & Collect shopping.

Safety measures are in place to ensure that everyone coming into County Mall has a safe, enjoyable, and comfortable shopping experience.

Mondays–Saturdays: 9am-6pm

Sundays: 10.30am–4.30pm

Plan your visit to get the bestpossible experience:

Peak time: 10am – 2pm

Off-Peak: 2pm onwards (best forfamilies & elderly shoppers)

**Our carparks open at 7.30am from Mondays-Saturdays and at 9am on Sundays. The car parkclose 45minutes after the Mall closes. Sunday hours apply to Bank Holidays. NOTE:Cashless parking will be in place and customers.

Face coverings:

Everyone must wear a face covering at all times whilst visiting County Mall. Anyone not wearing one could be prompted to put one on. There areexceptions allowed as per the government guidelines however, these may not beobvious to us so please don’t take offense and have your ID to hand. NOTE:Individual stores will have their own policies.

Hand sanitizer:

Dispensers are positioned at the entrances/exits, toilets, and Food Court as well as at the entrance of the individual stores. We advise all shoppers to sanitize their hands regularly when visiting.

One-way system:

clockwise one-way system is in operation from the entrances/exit points and throughout the Mall. When exiting a store, please remember to turn left and follow the one-way system. Opportunities for crossing to the other side of the Mall are clearly marked.

Keep your distance:

Our wide walkways offer plenty of space for shoppers to safely and comfortably. Public seating areas have been temporarily removed to allow more space to move around and to avoids gatherings. Please shop alone where possible and avoid standing in the way of others trying to pass. If you need to queue outside any shop, clearly marked “spots” will advise you where to stand. NOTE: large groups may be dispersed and anyone gathering in the Mall may be asked to move along

Restricted headcount:

Our footfall technology allows us to closely monitor customer numbers in real-time so capacity levels will be carefully controlled to maintain space for social distancing. We are comfortable that typical customer numbers can be accommodated so there is no immediate need to operate a "1 in, 1 out" system but if needed this will be deployed.

Lifts & Escalators: 

Only 1 passenger or 1 family group is allowed in the lift at anyone time. On exiting the lift, please turn right and follow the one-way system.

Please give way to those that need the lift that most and use the escalators where possible leaving a minimum of 3steps between you and others. Do not walk down the escalators to pass around other passengers. 


All staff is provided with appropriate PPE and we have implemented an enhanced deep-cleaning regime.

Toilets & Baby Changing:

The toilet facilities on the G Floor are open but alternate sinks, WC cubicles, and urinals have been closed off to control the number of people using the facilities at any one time and allow social distancing. The toilet facilities on the 1st Floor (Food Court) will remain closed for the time being.

Entrances & Exits:

Doors will remain open around to Mall so you can pass touch-free and to allow fresh air to circulate.

Food & Beverage retailers will only be operating a takeaway service only at the current time. The seating area and toilet facilities are closed.

County Mall team members are on hand at all times to offer help and advice to visitors.
