As the UK heads into a nationwide lockdown from 5th January, County Mall will remain OPEN for all your essential shopping needs, health services, takeaways, and Click & Collect shopping. Click here for full details.
We will continue to comply with the advice and safety measures from the Government whilst ensuring the safety of our colleagues and customers is our utmost priority. The following measures are in place to ensure that everyone coming into County Mall has a safe, enjoyable, and comfortable shopping experience.
Everyone must wear a face covering at all times whilst visiting County Mall. Anyone not wearing one could be refused entry or asked to leave. NOTE: exceptions allowed as per the government guidelines.
A clockwise one-way system is in operation from the entrances/exit points and throughout the Mall. Opportunities for crossing to the other side of the Mallare clearly marked.
Please adhere to social distancing guidelines. A clockwise one-way system is in operation throughout the Mall. If you need to queue outside any shop, clearly marked “spots” will advise you where to stand.
Only 1 passenger or 1 family group is allowed in the lift at any one time. On exiting the lift, please turn right and follow the one-way system.
Please give way to those that need the lift that most and use the escalators where possible leaving a minimum of 3steps between you and others. Do not walk down the escalators to pass around other passengers.
Dispensers are positioned at the entrances/exits, toilets, and Food Court as well as at the entrance of the individual stores. We advise all shoppers to sanitize their hands regularly when visiting.
Food & Beverage retailers will only be operating a takeaway service only at the current time. The seating area is closed.
Cashless parking will be in place and customers.
All staff is provided with appropriate PPE and we have implemented an enhanced deep-cleaning regime.
Toilets& Baby Changing:
The toilet facilities are open but alternate sinks, WC cubicles, and urinals have been closed off to control the number of people using the facilities at any one time and allow social distancing.
Our footfall technology allows us to closely monitor customer numbers in real-time so capacity levels will be carefully controlled to maintain space for social distancing. We are comfortable that typical customer numbers can be accommodated so there is no immediate need to operate a "1 in, 1 out" system but if needed this will be deployed.
We are open from 9am-6pm from Mondays– Saturdays and 10.30am – 5.30pm on Sundays. Individual store times may vary, please check the website and call the store directly before visiting.
To allow as much space for shoppers to move around safely on the concourse, mid-mall kiosks have been removed or relocated to provide space for visitors to navigate around the Mall.
County Mall team members are on hand at all times to offer help and advice to visitors.
